Exercise Quick Tip!

Quick tip: All directions! Always rememeber to think down into the ground when your going up and reach opposite sides at the same time. Example: Stand up feet together rt arm up to the sky and lt arm straight down on the outside of your left leg, for a side stretch think about sliding the left hand down your left leg as you bend to the left side, then! This is the ALL directions part, keep reaching the left hand down your leg then the right arm to the left corner of the room AND! Push your "right" heel into the floor and you will feel a tremendous stretch from reaching ALL directions! 3 points, left fingers reach, right fingers reach and right heel, then change sides. Sitting all day? Stand up and do this!
