Make it a great healthy year!

Just a note and quick tip for 2012 motivation: Thanks to the 30 people that came to class today! Happy that actually most were regulars who continued over the holidays to keep their routines! REMEMBER technique before all else, quality over quantity. Lighter weight but "full" range of motion, Straight knees-what else to say but STRAIGHT IS STRAIGHT. Stomach in on what you think are "non" ab exercises=always exercise with proper posture and last tip for today keep your focus eye level, don't practice stability or balance exercises LOOKING AT THE FLOOR! you don't want to walk around that way so don't practice doing it! Happy first day back to all my followers!
