Dear medical professionals

Please look at the "entire" patient as a complete person, with a life and habits! Don't tell them they can't weight train, lift weights, use cables or exercise machines blaming their thumb pain on a newfound need to get fit. When IN FACT the trainer while talking to the patient and knowing that they TEXT ALLLLLL DAY LONG!!!! That gee? If they stop texting their pain dissipates and if they are shown how to stretch out their hands, fingers, thumbs, forearms, chest and shoulders that they improve instantly and WEIGHT TRAINING WAS NOT THE CULPRIT! Always look at the complete person! Not just the part of the puzzle but all the pieces connected. And in case you didn't figure it out.... That trainer was me!
