Julie is one of those few Pilaties teachers that you find and is just brilliant and knows exactly what you need to work on and how she's going to do it . Having that hour session i sweated beyond belief and i knew i would feel my abs in the morning no doubt ..! i was so fortunate to have Julie as not only as my work out but someone to have to chat for help and advice and i still do. Thank you Julie :)
I've been working out with Julie for over 2 years, and for the first time I've found an exercise regime that I really enjoy. I have seen benefits both in weight loss and strength gain, and the exercise really helped me prepare for and recover from childbirth. I've been taking Julie's Pilates class for over two years. She is an excellent and gifted teacher. I like her impeccable structure, precision, and her attention to details. She takes time to give eveyone personnal attention, regardless of one's levels and abilities, a rare quality. Her class is structured so that everyone's need and challenge are addressed. Last, and not least, her sense of humour is the best, especially when we are painfully working our way to teaser 3!
I never though pliates would be a good fit for me till I took Julies Pilates class. Julie is an amazing instructor with in-depth knowledge. I used to have neck issue doing pilates; thanks to Julie, I can do pilates without hurting my neck again! And I have learned so much: from not being able to do even just one sit-up to being able to do teaser!!
I started pilates with Julie in October of this year, mostly to address back pain. Since then I have seen a clear improvement in my posture, abs and the rest of my body. Julie is also a wonderful person to chat to during the hour workout, no matter how hard I am working my body I always enjoy my pilates session with her every week. I recommend Julie to anyone looking for a great workout with a wonderful instructor!

I've been taking Pilates with Julie for almost 2 years now and my body has never been more flexible and toned. Julie keeps the classes interesting and motivating. She even brings in articles on the founder, Joseph Pilates. Take her class, you won't regret it!

As a professional dancer and fitness professional, I was floored by Julie's insight into my own shortcomings. Her Pilates class was wonderful and something I realized I need to incorporate into my own weekly regimen as often as possible. Julie's knowledge of the body was nonpareil, and her acute eye and compassionate approach to teaching only made me strive for more in myself, and embrace the moment all the more. If you're contemplating dropping a part of your exercise course and picking something else up in its place, I highly recommend picking up Julie...that sounded wierd, but I think you get the point.
Julie is the consummate fitness professional, expertly trained, attentive to individual needs and a gifted teacher. The best testimonial would be to spend an hour with her, either in a group or private class. She also makes me laugh!
As someone who’s been a competitive bike racer for 20 years, I understand the importance of core strength and integrity, as invariably, muscle imbalances occur over time. Julie is an expert teacher with an incredibly sharp eye and a wealth of knowledge behind it. Her incorporation of exercises for seemingly minor muscle groups into her classes has had a profound effect on my spine, ‘turning back the clock’, as it were, a decade or two on a balky low back. This regenerated confidence in my core is a direct result of the time I’ve spent under her direction. Mille grazie Julie!
