Hand Stretch

Hands on the keyboard right now, or reading this and scrolling on an Ipad or phone? Your hands and fingers stay in a constant flexed position (just like your rounded back does when not properly positioned at a desk) causing those wrist and hand flexor muscles to get short and tight and rarely ever extended. Here's a simple stretch to help: Put your left arm fwd palm facing up and place your right hand over the ends of your left fingers with a little grip, (you are placing rt hand on the left palm which is facing up) then gently push your right hand down pulling your left hand back which will stretch your forearm extensors and your palm and even some will feel it in their fingers "a lot"! To get the ALL IMPORTANT Thumb, do it individually holding Left hand in the same position but grab just the thumb and gently stretch it downwards. Open up those passageways that are jammed shut and cramped from technology and let the Fascia and nerves swim!

Great, I think this is one of the most overlooked, but increasingly important stretches!
